American Idol Season 11 Tour 2012 | Live in Manila

Before the 12th season, American Idol takes on Manila as their last stop for their Live Tour. This will be their first concert here. Runner-up Jessica Sanchez is also set to perform.

American Idol did not arrive at 12 decades of age without several agonizing drawbacks. Following Simon Cowell’s quit from the display, Idol removed its most judges line-up many periods to come up with strange blends of Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, Paula Abdul, Kara Dioguardi, and Ellen Degeneres (yeah, I tried to ignore that period too). It seems the only assess they have handled to keep around is Randy Fitzgibbons, and that is not a very motivating indication considering the dawg has not extended his language since Season 1. I mean, does anyone keep in mind the display when Randy was thoroughly stunned at J.Lo’s use of the phrase “cell”?

For the Season 12 of the singing contest, Uncle Nigel gather yet another eyebrow-raising, snort-inducing throw of most judges. Nation celebrity Keith Urban, obsolete diva Mariah Carey, and absolutely strange Nicki Minaj be a part of the only unique Idol assess remaining in the desires of providing the show back to its wonder days.

However while we’re expecting for wha’s searching to be an unusual period of AI, Season 11 Idol alums are wrap up their American Idol Live Tour 2012 and their last trip is none other than the Philippines!

The final 10 arrived last Tuesday morning, and about to perform for one night only in Manila, the only venue outside North America as part of their almost two month long tour.

Prior to take off, the Idols filled the Twitterverse with their excitement for Manila.

Phillip Phillips, the guitarist heartthrob was last year’s champion and fifth in a line of WGWGs (White Guy With Guitar) to triumph on Idol. Runner-up Jessica Sanchez, a Filipino-Mexican-American, revealed it was her first trip in the Philippines and is allegedly wants stay a little longer to have more time here.

Phillips and Sanchez are signed up with by the eight other final contestants for a serious fun night with uncomfortable choreography, and of course, a medley of music! A bit of stone from Elise Testone, nation from Skylar Laine, gospel from Joshua Ledet, falsetto (it’s not even a category but whatever) from Deandre Brackensick, and maybe a amount of bromance from Heejun and Phillip.

So if you are secretly an Idol fan , or it’s your unabashed accountable satisfaction like my own, go out and prove to your Idols that it’s more fun in the Philippines!

Catch them as they traipse around Manila throughout the week: Eastwood City on September 19, 6:00 pm, and at Venice Piazza at McKinley Hill and Alabang Town Center on September 20, 6:00 pm. Don’t miss their one-night only concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on September 21, 8:00 pm.
